  • if you want to remove extra weight think anything cardio wise. skipping would work well but make sure to vary it up. Get a step or a box do use to do steps on. or try jogging on the spot even while watching the morning news?
  • an hour of zumba burns 500- 600 but even more if you put in 100%+ plus it is a fun way of exercising. Make sure to mix it up everyday though otherwise your body will get used to it.
  • This was my major problem. I could easily eat a large block of chocolate or a large packet of potato crisps at 11pm any night. My tip is have a waterbottle nearby and when you feel peckish drink from that. Also brush your teeth, have a shower and get into your pjs so that you are in bed mode.
