I can run 11-13 miles and yesterday I barely made three and had to walk the rest, it happens. I know the wind and my legs being fatigued and low carb just zonked me out.

I cut my carbs and drank aloooot of water and hit 138 today....Pheeew Next time I'll know better

I just a fit bit charge HR, love it but there is no GPS. I have researched and have read yes running is better outside, and then the next article says no treadmill. I'm just going to stick with outdoors, I mean why slug at running inside if it's beautiful? might as well enjoy myself and have adventures

fridays and saturdays I'm one of those 2hr people. I run for 2 hours or I do an hour run and an hour stairmaster. I like it and I was trying to train for a half marathon, now I just do it out of routine.

The most I retain is maybe 5 pounds, and that's eating like garbage all day. I just keep thinking in my head you were 132 and now your 147 that's 15 pounds, when in reality it's 7 but my mind is playing games. I guess you're right I'm having a weak moment...

I actually just started running outdoors and my quads/ Everything are killing me I thought they looked swollen or that I pulled something since I usually use the treadmill but I guess I have started working some areas harder.

My doctor was shocked that I finally admitted I needed to loose weight, usually I would make excuses but when I followed her plan it showed her I was serious and she was tremendously proud.

Pcos is still a pain, I am not regular in anyway and my hair is still thin but it has gotten better. The cysts have gone down a lot.

That's awesome!!!! Keep it up 2 months ago I couldn't even run for three minutes, now I can run over 30-40 minutes non stop and over three miles. Keep on it, do it 4-5 days a week and always go one minute extra you'll surprise yourself.

Thank you everyone, I'm sorry it took so long to reply I have been doing lots of overtime at work. As for saggy skin, like I said I have some but not too bad. I believe I really got lucky and I'm blessed to be able to wear clothing and not have to worry too much. As for Calories, I had cut mine down when I was overweight…

I'm 5'8, I feel like i lost a lot in my legs and butt...Stomach is another thing but I have also had two kids so whatever happens will happen.

Thank you everyone so much :) I have to give a lot of credit to this board as all the success stories gave me more motivation. Some of the stories I have witnessed on here were what I was feeling to a T, so I knew I wasn't alone. Thank you all again.

Put on a pair of dress pants for an interview that were way to small when I bought them. Put them on thinking ugh I wont be able to wear them. I was right, I couldn't wear them because THEY WERE TOO BIG!!!!!

I have done this twice once when I was a teenager it took me 8 months to loose 80 pounds in total and i lost 110 total and again when my son was a baby I lost almost 100 pounds , both times i did it the wrong way with only eating once a day and gained it all back +., So when I do eat three times a day and I don't see it…

You're absolutely right, it took a while to get this big so I must get so i have to be patient. It's just scary to see the number not budge .5 even, I fell tons better eating healthy but it scares me to think it will always be this way. Thank you for your input.
