I love my New Balance N4. It was a reasonable price 69.99 and had a chest strap which is more accurate. I got it at Target.

Amen!!! my twin boys have a rare genetic syndrome and only three years old they have had two life saving surgeries plus will endure upwards to 20 each in their life time and still keep playing and learning like 3 year olds should. They are my life and motivate me to be healthy for myself and them.

wow wendy I was going to put the same thing in the posts today. my right shin has been killing me when I walk up hill in my morning walks. I'm thinking I am going to try some inserts or new shoes. Let me know how it goes.

I log in everything usually after I do it or eat it. You could always jot it down on paper and log everything in at once. I'm constantly checking my calories so it doesn't seem time consuming to me. Keep the track and don't give up!! Good Luck!

I walk every day and do wii fit and wii active ona a rotation. I am thinking about get zumba for wii too.

I too have only been on mfp for a couple of day but I do know that for others it works. It works for me because I can see how many cals I can consume and I try to make sure I stay under that at the end of the day when all is done. I hope you stick with it and get to see a difference.:flowerforyou:
