Yes I have been intermittent fasting for the past 6 months. Worked really well early on. Some days I dont log 100% of what I eat, but I almost always (95% of the time), finish at a deficit. Started 350+. I say + because the last time I stepped on the scale it said 345 and I out grew some more clothing from there. Down to 297 this morning with a goal of 190-200. Thanks for this thread. I needed it!

Best thing to do is invest in a heart rate monitor. I use a Polar F4 (around $60). Then you can know how many calories you actually burned and record that in MFP.

Thx. They have everything! 4 or 5 benches. Power rack. Deadlift box. Several oly bars. Free weight section is never over crowded. Thx SSL. He created a program to meet my ultimate goals. He believes its better overall than what I had set out to do (SL 5x5)

Thanks for the encouragement. I really wanted to be at 315 at the end of my 1st 30 days, but the scale hasn't moved downward in a week. Maybe I need to set smaller goals, so I won't get discouraged.
