Thanks guys! That one little pound to 139 this morning(which I haven't see in years!), putting me back in the 130's was the new kick in the butt I needed to really focus again! Hopefully by the end of the month I can be in the 120's! With a need progress photo

It makes me feel so much better to see so many others are in the same place as I am! I have the baby fever, and I turned 30, So it feels like the clock is ticking away. But I want to be as healthy as possible before I get pregnant, for me and future babies! I don't want to add pregnancy on top of my already extra weight!

I personally I have cut it out. I use to drink anywhere from 2-3 cans of diet coke a day. That was on top of already drinking 1-2 cups coffee in the morning. Over the past couple months went back up to 149, So I join fitness pal about 2 weeks ago, And started exercise and eating better so now I'm down 142!!! We have around the same goal weight!
