OK, I've been AWOL. Had a few rough days in both motivation and time management. Just finished Level 3, Day 3 so I'm around for at least another week (sigh). Great to see everyone checking in and making such great progress!!

Ah, sorry for the lack of confidence filling! It's not that it isn't doable, it's that the "becoming easy" part doesn't seem to materialize! So many moves are in the plank position and they are TOUGH!! BUT, you'll definitely feel it and that is the point. Keep up the good work!

Hating to admit it, but am peri -- trouble sleeping, anxiety getting off the charts, weight gain creeping up, and now periods getting a little funky (slightly irregular and heavier). dang.
