Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's do 250 of them.

The farther out you move your feet the harder these are to do. So.....Today let's move your feet out as far as you can.

You can do them any style you want and you have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 250 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    It has been a tough day with work, but I have managed 100 so far. I am going to try to get in another 50 by the end of the day, but not sure if I will have a chance to post again. :cry:

    I will try that next time. I was doing sets of 10. (I sit at a desk all day and have for years and am reallllllly needing to work on my strength and toning).

    I look forward to tomorrow's challenge! I will be able to complete them one of these days! :drinker:

    Oh boy, I was only able to do 150 of these. My arms are pretty week...or it has to do with the heavy bottom :laugh:
