It can be pretty inaccurate the best way you'll get accuracy w/your calories burned is a heart rate monitor w/a chest strap :)

I'm set at sedentary. I'm a SAHM and I go to the gym for 1.5 -2hrs 5 nights a week, very minimal cardio primarily weight lifting.. just for an idea.

i disagree w that statement. i do not eat clean and i have a pretty flat stomach especially for having 3 kids ...i do try to make healthy choices but never "clean eating".
