Sedentary or slightly active?

My wife and I have started going to the gym 5 nights a week doing mainly resistance training with some cardio for 45 minutes to an hour. However we both have office jobs. Should I switch from sedentary to slightly active?

I'm not sure if you're doing the TDEE-x% method, or MFP's method.
In either case, just pick one. Try it for a month; assess what happened vs. what "should" have happened; adjust, if necessary.0 -
I'm set at sedentary. I'm a SAHM and I go to the gym for 1.5 -2hrs 5 nights a week, very minimal cardio primarily weight lifting.. just for an idea.0
