I drink my 12 oz. mug of coffee everyday with a shake of cinnamon and 1 - 2 tablespoons of Stevia artifical sweenener (Stevia doesn't make your blood sugar spike). I used to use a fat free creamer but I just weaned myself off it this week. I figured I could eat 50 calories more real food instead of the creamer.

Maybe she's trying to sell you online. I'd definitely get her to stop. Use all avenues until she does. Have the management threaten to ban her.

Looks like our snow ball is gaining momentum. I'm keeping my weight mum. I have been reading a lot about proper weight loss and I found this site while looking for information from Stanford Univ. I don't go there but I have read other articles from there that were useful. Have a great day.
