I'm adjusting my goals after meeting with the nutritionist. Walk 1.5 hours a day per her recommendation to move more than I do. We'll see how it goes.

For Christmas my grandmother bought me two pairs of jeans that fit like they were a size smaller, so they didn't fit. I've been trying them on for the last few weeks and today, they fit! The scale hasn't moved in the last week, but apparently my body has, I'll measure tomorrow, but the jeans fit!

I have the set-up for diabetes. My endocrinologist has put me on metformin to prevent me from developing diabetes. I have insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome two precursors to diabetes with a strong family history of it. So, I need to change things now. Feel free to add me as a friend.
