  • Completion of Week 1 today. I've been so scattered this week with exercise and everything else. I'm using the Zombies, Run! 5K app. Looking forward to eventually completing the program and running a full 5K at some point in the future.   • Excessive cologne/perfume. I get it; not many are in love with the smell of sweat. I am not talking about the average amount spritzing, but so much that I can still smell the person on the equipment or in the area after the person has left the area. For some people this can be a hazard for them to breathe in.
