I completed the second workout today. I exercised earlier so I was lagging a bit, but I managed to get through it alright in the end.

I completed another day of logging, no fast food, and exercised. I'm doing pretty good with food. I am not doing too well with water though.

I finished the second training session with the zombies. No running from zombies today, just chatting with other runners. :smiley: I was dragging on parts though, so, not much on distance today. Little by little I'm getting there.

I completed the first workout yesterday. I am looking forward to doing the second one today. My stomach is giving me some fits, so I may stay in and run in my apartment. I am curious to the actual content of the Rajit's book!
