  • from my understanding.. it's taking into consideration how much calories you burn off to sustain what your daily intake of calories should be. so depenedent upon what your daily cal goal is, it takes that number + your exercising calories and - from the amounto of calories you have literally intake to get the net amount…
  • since you are tracking your food, perhaps you should eliminate some of the items which are high in protein.
