Yes, I did do my cardio today, but no strength training....My start weight this am was 132 lbs......can't wait to see what it is at the end of the week.....keep up the good work everyone.:flowerforyou:

I think more water might do it for you. I have the same problem. I take colon cleanse and drink about 6 cups of water afterwards....not all at once...but throughout the rest of the day and by the next day I am better.

Same here, I love this site!!! Welcome to MFP....Just some friendly advice....read some blogs and track your foods. You will see how enjoyable it is to read other ppls success stories and they keep you motivated to keep going. This is the best diet tracker site yet. Good Luck to you and stay positive.

This sounds like a great idea!!! I have not been motivated to exercise even once a day. I am going to try to attempt this. It shouldn't be hard to do. My only question to you is, how long should each session be? I think your cardio/strength training should work for me. I will do the cardio in the morning and the strength…
