This is so very true. The inches are much more encouraging than the scale. I also did before and after pictures and I and many friends were amazed at the progress in just 1 month. It really helped me when I realized the scale seemed to be going in the wrong direction. Hopefully I'm building muscle because I am working out…

:happy: You all are AWESOME! I'll go to WALMART this weekend. I am so motivated with my workouts and from using this site I can hardly go a day without doing some type of exercise but I want to be sure I am counting my calories correctly. Don't want to overeat.
