I work hard (most days) to be able to eat what I want. I'm a pretty healthy eater most of the time, so when I need to satisfy a craving, I do. But I make sure that I am still under my calorie goal (or very close to it) for the day. If I have to, I go for a quick walk at the end of the day to burn a few more calories so I…

I wake up at 5:15 (3 mornings a week) and go straight to the gym. I always have my water with me when I go, but I do Body Pump (weight training, cardio class) for an hour and I'm fine. Actually, I can't even eat until about 8 or I start feeling bad. But yes, I have plenty of energy!

That is so amazing! Congrats! Keep up the hard work!

I've never heard that it is a dietary aid. But it does have probiotics in it and is very good for you. In moderation! We have a local grocery store that carries it in Strawberry, Blueberry, Peach, Cherry and plain. LOVE IT! And it's 99% lacotse free (which means my daughter can have it!) so we love it!

I've heard that if you are "crampy" it can actually help those to work out, maybe just don't go as hard.

You suggested Whey Protein... in what? Water? Milk?

Thank you all so much for the suggestions. I've just joined a local gym and my "plan" (because I haven't started it yet) is to work out 3 EARLY am's and 2 evenings, mostly cardio-light strength training. I'll probably use a combination of things, just needed a little insight. Thanks again!
