NSV-Finally Seeing Results!
Not only was I able to put away ALL of my maternity clothes (she'll be 2 at the end of the month), but I also had to put away my pre-pregnancy clothes! I'm wearing what I wore when I was engaged!! OMG! :love: AMAZING! I'm SO excited! :heart: Now I just need to find some clothes to wear to work! :wink:

Exhausted!
Ok guys, I'm needing some serious motivation. I am exhaused ALL THE TIME. :yawn: I eat all my calories, I'm working out at least twice a week (sometimes more and I walk everyday at least to get some movement in), and I'm getting enough sleep (9:30 is a NORMAL bedtime). Body Pump
Does anyone else do this class? I just started and I don't really know how to list it as a workout on here? I don't have a HRM so I'm not sure what I'm burning. It's not really a cardio workout, so... not sure. Any suggestions?

Eat Before or After a Workout?
