I too am EXHAUSTED! Of course, I'm in the first trimester and I know I was the most tired here last time too. I have been trying to keep up my running (C25K), but I am having a hard time staying on it just being so tired. I also am feeling EXTREMLY bloated and large right now even though I haven't gained any weight yet (I…

My best friend RAVES about her. She just sent me the info last week, haven't gotten around to trying them yet, but heard they were FABULOUS!

I eat what my calorie intake suggests and occasionally endulge in small treats (a dove piece or 1/2 cup of ice cream), but I've really been trying to watch everything. My diary is public, I just didn't complete before midnight this weekend so it's not showing, but it's there. I really only drink water (I had Dr. Pepper…

I sleep about 8 hours a night, I've always required a lot and I know that so I try to make sure I always get enough.

Me either... what's up?

It's to keep it in your posts so you can come back and view it later.

YAY Tammy! I'm so happy for you! You are an inspiration!

I keep little snacks in my purse- snack size ziplock baggies. Nuts- cashews, pecans, and pistashios are my faves. I also get the hard cereal bars in a value pack for about $2.50 (value pack- 12). Wheat thins or cheese-itz (so I can share with my kiddo), too. I also eat a banana or cereal bar on my way to work (cause I'm…

Check with your doctor. My mother has a problem with her thyroid and her doctor gave her a medication to help with the release of the hormones and it has really helped her. And don't give up hope! Keep working out, it helps keep your heart healthy (and keeps you young! )

Thanks friend! I  you!

Keep going. I was so exhausted over the last few weeks I was almost ready to give up. I kept exersicing though and I'm FINALLY starting to feel the energy from it (you know how they always say you will have more energy once you excersice.. blah blah). It took me almost a month to start feeling the results, but…

YAY you! Keep up the HARD work!!

Snack on something crunchy- like an apple- and walk around a bit. The weather has been so nice here, I've even been taking a brisk walk around the building! This is always when I take my break in the afternoon because if I sit still too long, I'm not only on the verge of falling asleep, but also eating something…

These are great suggestions- mostly what I snack on through the day, but I am also BIG on fruit. I know it's high in sugar, but it's natual sugar. I cut out the others "junk" sugar so I could have this... yummm!

That's so great! Congrats!

Agee with above statements. Your weight fluxuates daily, so only weigh yourself once a week and be consistent with the time of day to get an accurate reading. Don't get discouraged, just take it one day at a time and keep up the hard (and yes, I know it's hard) work!
