Women's Health Diet?

Has anyone tried the Women's Health Diet? I read the book right before my wedding and didn't have enough time to actually start it. I really like the book; the logic and research are very sound. I was just wondering if anyone on MFP had tried it?

    Ok, I have to laugh because the first time I read through your post I thought you said you read the book the NIGHT before your wedding, not RIGHT before your wedding! That said, I will be curious to see what other people say about it!
