Themommie, that sounds awesome! I heard swimming is a really good work out. My apt is right next to the pool and I have still yet to go. I hope to go soon. I wish I had ppl to grill with. Maybe I could use this time to learn....

That's an awesome idea. I'm a visual person so I think that would help me also. My current motivator is i bought a really pretty dress. I can get it on but I can't zip it all the way up. My goal is to get into it and look fab by my birthday April 22.

I hate when I do that. I think I'm being really good about posting but then when I add the post and read it, I've misspelled several words or left out some words. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I hope you accomplish what you set out as far as your weight loss goals.

I was diagnosed with hyperthyroid 10 years ago. Which was explained to me as being an over active thyroid. My doctor was recommending I completely remove my thyroid which would be a life time of being on medication plus an ugly scar. I opted to take meds instead to try to control it. I'm sorry to hear this. I know how frustrating it can be, this happens to me and I always give up. You have inspired me just by the fact that your still keeping at it. I'm not sure what your doing at the gym but Its been recommended to me to switch up my workouts. I hope this helps you. :smile:
