I just got over a horrible horrific cough myself. It does make you stop and think. Especially on days where you feel like you haven't eaten that much but are already at your calorie limit. Makes you recheck what your eating and changing the foods so you can eat more and get full but not go over your calories.

I agree with everybody else. Fat comes off of different places at different times for different people. So.... eventually it will come off it is just unfortunately a matter of time... and I know we all hate that cuz we want to be skinny yesterday.
