actually no they do not have any duty toward anyone, they are a private business. There only duty is to their owners and stockholders to make money. Nobody is forcing anyone to patronize their restaurants, that is a CHOICE each individual makes.

started high school at about 175 then going into senior year was 125. now i am a little more than 100 over the smaller weight

if you get frustrated weighing once or twice a week I am not sure how daily is going to be better. I would think it would be more frustrating. but try it , if you don't like it , or its making you more crazy then go back to weekly.
