Yeah I usually don't log on this thing and just right down the info on paper. Don't always have my phone with me and don't really like it to get all gross and raw meaty! I will def look into getting a scale and eating better with my ratios of food. Thanks guys!

I do not. I measure them out into serving portions that are pretty accurate and always record what I'm eating accurately as not to over-eat. Some days I eat back my exercise calories if I'm hungry sometimes I don't. But almost never go over my daily limit+what I've burned(which is supposedly calculated in here correct for…

You may be replacing muscle with fat. It will weigh the same but the fat will take up more room.
