  • I did have a loss at 5 months and another loss the month right after. I suppose it makes since my body is still recovering from the whole nightmare. As I had every complication the body could throw at a woman. I was really exhausted for months. I took a few days off completely and feel better after today's workout.…
  • Most recent NSVs: Boyfriend commented on my posture 2"s lost (I don't care to weigh myself). Better workouts Not cringing when people snap a full body pic of me. Which is huge. I still have a ways to go, but each small thing helps my motivation.
  • I'm having this issue as well. Which, I didn't have this last time I lost. I don't think I did anyway. My hips fat pokes over my legs. It's weird. I could go on and on about my proportion issues. It will get better though. Keep fighting the fat fight!
  • I have this issue too. And allow one day a week to go out drinking. Things like vodka with a no cal mixer like tea is a great option! Or just obstin. (But yeah right... Since it's a lifestyle change). I always try to work out harder the next day or the day I know I'm going to drink.
  • Ive always struggled with waking up for a snack at 3-4 am. Sometimes I'm starving, other times it's because I had a snack too close to bedtime. Anyway, getting a cup of milk and a protein bar once a night seems to weigh heavy on my calorie goals. Has anyone else defeated this battle? I'm going to make snack packages…
  • I'm in Riverview right by Tampa. I'm looking for females or couples to be active with. My goal is overall fitness focused on weight loss/ endurance atm! :-)
  • Do you notice a pattern? Personally I binge eat a lot before I start monthly. So maybe it's an iron thing or some other defecicancy. Maybe talk to your doctor about your patterns. Exercise (for me) is a natural appetite suppressant. Intense exercise is anyway. I hope you find something that works for you!
  • That's normal for a week or so or when you start a new lifting routine even. Your body will get used to it. I've been lifting 3 months and still have kick butt workouts that leave me walking away like a drunk. Lol.. And cursing the stairs for days! Here's a few tips... Coffee before your workout helps reduce this. A hot…
  • 5' 8" Age: 30 and 4 months HW: 290 1/1/2013 CW: 255-260 2/2014 GW: 190 ( For Now) Currently I weight lift (I'm using Kris Gethins 12 week program) and run/ walk 45-60 minutes a few times a week or more. I'm currently trying to focus on eating clean. Feel free to add me if you have similar goals or interest. :)
  • Adding my support here. I can't wait to post my before/ afters! I just started a new 12 week challenge routine. I'll be posting my progress pics after that. Since December, I doubled my bench press, lost 7 inches overall and am proudly fitting clothes I haven't thought would fit. I can now carry a 5 gallon water tank with…
  • Some gym rats are just like that. I've seen rail thin ladies been called fat in some gym standards. One of which had a 4% body fat. Not that its cool... At all. Like, seriously. Im glad to have use of a school gym where d bags don't go gather after some of the stories I read here tonight. Screw em, your beautiful. You have…
  • How inspiring! Plastic surgery don't have s#it on discipline and iron! :-)
  • I think your biggest thing to start with is healthy foods to fuel energy, perhaps a supplement. Ask your doctor what is best for you or look into options. Personally myself, I found kelp boosted my energy and has set me on a good track. Next, get put and walk.. Just move fast! Even if your tired. It sounds counter…
  • I think strength is the way to go. Muscle burns fat, so your even burning fat long after. Cardio has it's place, of course... I've done hours upon hours of cardio with no size reduction. Even after losing some weight. I began lifting in December and BAM! I'm fitting my clothes better and better. So no additional bulk. I…
  • Sounds good! Add me! We will do this!!! :)
  • Hi everyone! I'm down 30 from last year and 100 to go now! My top weight was 290 lbs on New Years of 2013. Seeing that and the stretch marks on places that have no business having stretch marks broke me. I got down to buisness like no other. I was hindered by 2 cross country moves and traviling a bit. But still managed to…
