I get SO fatigued 1-3 days before. So much that my workout suffers. Should I lighten it by a 30 minutes? And do you ladies stay restricted on calories during the whole time?

I have been doing 12 reps and go down my list of strength moves 3 times. Would it be more beneficial to do all 3 sets at the same time with a short break before moving on to the next move? I hope this question isn't confusing.
