I'm 30, recently divorced. I've been on this site before but starting fresh now. So.. I have quite of fat baggage to lose. I'm down 30 from last year.. Which was my highest weight. I made a few switches the last month and a half and currently my routine is 30 minutes cardio with focus on heavy lifting.
Heavy lifting is by far what has worked for me more then anything! So I'm real excited by it!
So, other then that, I'm really focused on positivity and getting myself in order right now. Add me if your like minded and have similar goals
