This is Oadby, a little village in Leicester, UK. It looks very tiny in comparison to all your photos!

I started off as morbidly obese and now I'm mid 30's and in the obese category. Very much looking forward to being overweight!

So so sorry for your loss. But well done on not falling back into bad habits. I hope it's not too hard today without the pooch around. x

I love it when clothes don't fit for all the right reasons! ^_^ you must be so pleased!

I've been using a shake weight and resistance bands (with a free iPhone app) for a couple of weeks and I've definitely seen a difference :)

I think that's a really good and achievable goal to reach so I wish you all the best luck and am sure you'll get there! My only goal at the moment is to be 210 by my work Christmas party on December 3rd and that's totally achievable as I'm only about 13lbs away.

Make sure you're drinking a lot of water generally but more if you're eating take aways because of all the salt in them. Don't get too disheartened either. I lost 6lbs in my first week and then put 4lbs back on the day after I weighed in (I don't get it either!) and that was a bit of a slap in the face but I carried on…

I'm thinking that as there is going to be a huge link between having never really exercised before and then really giving it some on my bike. I think I'll try and speak to a OBGYN and see how it goes for a little while when my weight is down a bit more and my fitness is better. And I'm going to try and switch up my…

I don't think it's clothing, it's definitely an internal issue. I'm thinking probably the impact of my thighs on my still-rather-large belly is just... annoying something. And I think going to an OBGYN is going to have to be my next shot. Someone a bit more specialist. My GP told me to keep a diary so I think I'll go back…

They said because it was a small cyst they aren't going to do anything because apparenty they just come and go. There is never any pain so I don't think I'm actually damaging anything, but it is bright red blood that would suggest some sort of injury (like if I cut myself, rather than it being period type blood). And…

Biomedical assistant in a virology lab (No it doesn't look like CSI and yes I was disappointed too!)

I've had a bit of ill health recently and I'm getting back into it gradually. I'm doing a 'moderate' cycle on my stationary bike and hopefully tricking myself into thinking 'What are you being a weakling for?! C'monnn!' and I think it might be working. Don't push yourself too hard cause you'll just give up again. Maybe…

Chicken liver pate with rasperry coulis and crispy bread for starters, a mixed grill and chips for main and a vanilla baked cheesecake for pudding. Yummmmm... No wonder I'm fat!

Trampoline park?! That sounds awesome! Glad you're having a great birthday weekend and you're totally right, cutting stuff out is useless because you obviously love the food so I'm glad you managed to have a great meal without sacrificing your favourite things. Hope the rest of your birthday is great  x

Really inspiring story and you look great and really sound like you're enjoying it. I totally believe you when you say you're going to get to your goals. Best of luck :)
-
They look... horrible. But I'm going to try them anyway as my core muscles are really weak and I think I need to get some exercises like this in to strengthen them!
-
Eeek! I'm sure they didn't mean anything mean but blimey that must have been rubbish. And hey, it's not your 'failure', it's other peoples meanyness! You're just going to have to prove them wrong now, aren't you?

Try not to let it get you down and definitely don't compare yourself to other people, that'll definitely just make you feel worse. I'm a similar weight to you and when you see people doing things that you can't do it is pretty rough. But as rough as it might sound, because of our size (and the fact that doing any form of…

Holy crap! That's a faaaantastic loss, you look incredible!

Totally know what you mean, the amount of time I spend on my phone has made it easy to track everything on the app and stick to it. Huge congratulations with your weight loss, 4 stone is great. Keep up the excellent work, whether you have more to lose or just to maintain. Well done
-
You look great! I can't wait to wear a dress that figure hugging and look as great as you do!
-
I know exactly what you mean. Even at 30lbs down I don't feel like I look different at all and I want to wear much nicer clothes and not have wobbly bits. What I focus on is that I could very easily have been 30lbs heavier. My average is about 1.5lbs a week which for my size doesn't seem like anything but surely the slower…

You look so beautiful! Such a difference! Keep up the good work

Hi guys, well done on the weight loss so far and best of luck keeping it up, though with both of you doing it it should be easier to encourage each other to do well. My only proper advice for holidays and stuff is if you know you're going to be going to 'x' restaurant, look up the menu on the database first and 'budget'…

I can't really say as I'm no way near my goal weight yet but I can only say that I hope it feels better soon and you can see yourself for the pretty slim lady you are. It's bound to take a long time to get used to it but I'm sure you'll get there and your dedication for losing 90lbs (!!!!!) should surely keep you from…
