  • I've noticed that a bit too! But what is really annoying me is that I've managed to lose weight from my knees (not the belly or *kitten*, just my bloody knees!) but because my legs are so heavy, when I sleep on my side my knees are pressing together and it's really uncomfortable! Oh well, you can't pick where you lose…

  • Sometimes when I have a bit of a binge I end up losing weight and I'm sure that's not how its supposed to work but what I'm saying, like many other people, it is surely not going to be as bad as you think and as long as you get some veggies and water over the next few days you should be a-OK :)

  • I love chili chicken kebabs. Chicken marinated in chili powder and paprika an then put on skewers with tomatoes and peppers so you can make them with as much or as little chicken as you want and the smoky flavour works really well :smile:

  • Stuff that has worked for me has been little things like getting off the bus a stop or three before I need to and walking more but then bigger things like not saying no to things. I think when some people diet they say "I'm going to ban this, this this and this!" and if it's something you really enjoyed before, why not…

  • I think that's a good idea. If you plan what you're going to have before and make sure you get a great work out in on Wednesday/Thursday, you should be okay. It is only one day of the week and you have to treat yourself sometimes so as long as you know what you're having isn't going to be tooo bad, you can enjoy it without…
  • Are you snacking? I eat about 6 or 7 times a day, even if it's just fruit or a low cal biscuit or something. Perhaps if you can find low cal or filling things to eat all during the day youll be eating every few hours and might not get so hungry?
  • I still have cheese on a fair few things, less in sandwiches and stuff, but still on pasta and baked dishes. What I think has worked though is that I use a really tiny grater. Like almost Microplane tiny. You can grate a whole pile of cheese and it looks like loads but it's really only a few grams so it goes a lot further…
