This is really nice advise! Thank you for sharing. I have an awful sugar binge tendency and know that cutting down on it will make such a difference on my journey. I just need to find alternatives to the share bag of chocolates I repeatedly turn to

I went for a lovely 25 minute run last night. Not having the greasiest week eating so trying to at least get some exercise in! Will try and get another run in later today. Hope everyone is having a good week :-D

I love HITT - hope you had a good workout! Sometimes I eat back my exercise calories but not often. The most id normally eat back is 100 of them. But I think it just depends how hungry you are. If you need to eat then eat :-) :-) :-)

Hey there! I am also trying to lose the same amount of weight, and hopefully in time for my holiday in October! I am currently running 3 days a week and then a strength workout on 3 other days. At the moment I am doing 30 Days Shred which I love! I gave Insanity a go the other week but it nearly killed me at day 4 so…

Challenge # 2 I chose week 2 "Randonnee on Reunion" and ran 5km this morning by our lock gates. It was frigging windy so it wasn't the most joyous experience

Challenge # 1 I chose week 6 "Idatarod" running 11 miles on the treadmill over the weekday runs. I am starting a new programme so it was good to have an excuse for the run!

So helpful and inspiring as always my dear! I needed a target and a challenge (after last weeks mishap) so figured, booking it was the best way to go! I would love to set a new goal after I reach 10km, though half marathon seems completely petrifying to me ;-) Happy Friday!!!
