Team 'moderation!' I still indulge in everything I did before but now I portion it out and make sure it fits into my daily calories. One thing that helped in the beginning was measuring out a portion of whatever treat I wanted and then making the rest of it difficult to get - put it up in a high cupboard, store it in the…

I've been loving this lately, looks weird but actually very tasty. I cut down on the rice and butter and add broccoli, and it comes in at about 250 calories. http://www.budgetbytes.com/2014/09/snap-challenge-spinach-rice-breakfast-bowls/

Wakes me up. I have 2 kids and not enough sleep.

I made this this morning, added a cup of broccoli too: http://www.budgetbytes.com/2014/09/snap-challenge-spinach-rice-breakfast-bowls/ Cheap, easy, and filling!

Leftover homemade chicken vegetable soup. It's soup season!

Chest! Next up seems to be my thighs and stomach.

I'm 5'4" and currently 145lb in size 12, and given my bone structure I'd be surprised if I ever get below a 10! My midwife used to say I have good child birthing hips..

Snow and darkness is an issue for me in the winter so I'll be relying on my treadmill more. I don't mind walking and jogging in the snow but it's impossible with the stroller I have and I'm not going to spring for one with ski attachments since this is the last winter I'll have a stroller-aged kid. In terms of food, frozen…

I keep getting ads about not fearing the rise of robots?!

Depending on the type of salad I like straight balsamic vinegar, yogurt mixed with seasonings and some lemon juice to make a 'ranch,' or salsa and yogurt for taco salad.

I'm a fan of the Lindt 85% dark chocolate, but I know the taste isn't for everyone. Oh, and an Oreo Blizzard once a week!
-
Ribs and potatoes here too, although I'm trying smashed new potatoes tonight.

I went to my doctor with similar symptoms. I was worried about diabetes (had some other potential symptoms too) but it turns out I'm just hypoglycaemic. Eating right when I wake up and every few hours keeps that lightheaded gross feeling away, as well as trying to get some protein in at every snack/meal. I'd say it's worth…

I generally eat most or all and have been losing consistently, but that's just what works for me! If I stalled out I'd try eating less.

I'm having a tuna taco salad right now buuuut it's not at all photogenic since I already mixed it up :# Romaine lettuce, red pepper, tomato, cucumber, red onion, salsa, plain yogurt, can of tuna, hot sauce.

I eat chocolate pretty much every day. Lindt 85% dark is my favourite <3

I've heard more than one account of people who don't eat before a morning workout but I just can't. I have something small like a piece of cheese and then breakfast after.

I like to listen to audiobooks when I exercise. They can get expensive but I can check them out for free from my local library. Maybe check to see if your library has a similar program!

Feel free to add me, diary is open to friends and I average about 1700.
-
I cut the cooked meat off and weigh it.
-
Mine is open to friends! Would love to see other open diaries as well :)
-
I weigh and log everything. I can easily eat 200 calories worth of veggies over the course of a day :)
-
I weigh and log all of the veggies I eat, even lettuce. My big meal salads have about 70 calories from greens, cucumber, pepper, and tomatoes alone, and if I'm eating one or two of those a day it adds up!

If you're thinking about Gwyneth Paltrow she couldn't even make it a week!

Funny you mention Modcloth, I'm treating myself to a dress from there when I hit my goal weight :)
-
I just dump them on top of a big leafy green salad as the protein sometimes.

Exercise really elevates my mood so it's something I actively seek out now when I'm feeling crappy. I'm currently dealing with insomnia and just started my period and also just finished a jog, and I'm a lot more cheerful than I was before I went!

Hi! I'm in BC but not a vegetarian, if you're interested in non-veggie friends :)
-
I mix sriracha with plain Greek yogurt - yum!

I pre-log my meals most days and then work my snacks around what I have left. It also works great when I know I'll be saving my calories for something later on in the day, like my post-Ultimate Frisbee Blizzard ;) 10lbs down and 20 or so to go!
