Yes, I've just had about 2 weeks off whilst on holiday, still ran, swam etc as usual the entire time but my first session back yesterday certainly took some doing. I usually do 2 sessions of 30 day shred with 6 week 6 pack level 2 but I'm going to work back up to that!
