Lucky for me...almost everyone on my campus has avoided Freshman 15 because the food is just so awful you don't want to eat it and the only thing to do to get out of your room is to go to the gym! I feel this is a good environment for my weight loss!

I usually eat breakfast and eat an earlier lunch because I get hungry quite fast. After lunch I try nuts high in protein and healthy fats (Pistachios or Almonds) or fruits that have healthy carbs and sugars (bananas, blueberries, strawberries).

Great motivation! But don't get caught in the trap of "it's just for vacation". So many times I've done that, ate whatever I wanted, and felt miserable after. Gaining more weight to end up heavier than I started. Do it for the long haul. You will feel so much better and more accomplished.
