I count half of the time as walking 2.0 mph... so if I teach a 75 minute class I enter like 35 minutes of walking ... just in case I am just standing some of the time... I am all over the room never sitting either...

I add lemon to my water, but remember also that water comes in other forms too... but a large container for the day is good... I tend to drink 2 32 oz bottles a day plus that which is in food and the like.... some days I drink more... but without the lemon, I barely can get through 8 oz

better to start with 1 pound per week and then up it after a few weeks... let your body move in gradually.... though having veggies and other low cal snacks on hand is good... simple rule... if you are hungry your body is saying "feed me" so feed yourself... just be smart about it...

ask them for the approximate ingredients and then enter a recipe... that is what I did for the calzone at my pizza place.. they were great... didn't give me the recipe just the amounts... and you get an approximate... you can also type it in and guess - or over guess... that often works with me...

you likely need to shift things up... and move to more toning exercises than cardio... you don't want to over do it
