I did p90x like 5 years ago. I lost 20 lbs. I’m about to start p90x3. How are you liking it so far?
-
Totally in love with GOT! I've read the books and watched the show. Now I'm just patiently (not really) waiting for ol' George to get to writing before he kicks the bucket!! Also, OBSESSED with the OUTLANDER series. Again, waiting for the author to finish the last 2 books!
-
I could use more friends too! We can do this!!
-
Hey ladies!! Thanks so much for the response. I'm at work right now, but when I get home tonight I'll contact you all!
-
@sisa500 awesome!! I just sent you a friend request :)
-
I'm on week 2 of P90X and using core de force for my cardio days. :) How are you liking being back into it again?
-
I lost more inches than I did weight just like the original. But everyone is different. And your nutrition will play the biggest part in your results for sure. If I had been on point with that I would have seen phenom results, but I like to eat way too much. LOL Are you drinking Shakeology?
-
I think so for sure cause the moves are different. It's good because each time you do the workout you will try and beat your original time. Or a least I always did. It's good to see how your endurance has improved.
-
I've done both and I prefer max 30. I like how the workouts are shorter and there is a modifier.

I have one week left on Insanity Max and then I will be doing 21DFX after that. :)
-
Everyone I know that used them gained all their weight back after they started eating normal meals again.
-
I would be happy to volunteer as a mentor. :)
-
Insanity is no joke!!
-
I hear ya! I'm ready for some hiking!
-
Added you all!

I did Insanity a few years ago. It was actually the first program I did to start my journey. I LOVED it even though it totally kicked my butt! I ended up losing 6 lbs and 21 inches total. Keep going at it and give it all you got. The results will work as hard as you do! Do you guys have Beachbody coaches or challenge…
-
Hey, if the challenge isn't for you that's great! But why make comments? Clean eating challenges are done by personal trainers, Body by Vi, Beachbody, Advocare, Herbalife, and other people who are trying to simply support others. It doesn't come easy for some people. If you can eat well, good for you! If not, you can join…
-
@KADouble88 I will put you down for the group! I will private message you to go through some details :) @christianwife that's awesome!
-
Nope :) I'll add ya.
-
I am, but this challenge has nothing to do with Beachbody or any products affiliated with the company. I've seen other consultants for Herbalife and Advocare promoting shakes and stuff, but it clearly states in the policies and procedures that can't be done.
-
I will add all of you!
-
gotcha!
-
will totally add you all !
-
Haha nope! Would love to some testosterone in the group. Would you like to join?
-
I'll add you all!
-
I'll add you @prettyfacechu!
-
Sweet! I'll add you to the group!
-
Hey! Welcome! Feel free to add me. I'm always looking for some extra motivation. Maybe we can keep each other afloat :)
-
Hello 'old guy'! Congrats on your quitting smoking. That's amazing and you should be proud of yourself. Have you always been a runner or is this new for you?
-
I loved it! In those 60 days I only lost 6 lbs, but 26 inches. I will say that it made my joints ache a lot. But it is worth it and a great workout. Any beach body program is great, and will get you in shape. As long as you stick with it. I am doing p90x lean now.
