I am, but this challenge has nothing to do with Beachbody or any products affiliated with the company. I've seen other consultants for Herbalife and Advocare promoting shakes and stuff, but it clearly states in the policies and procedures that can't be done.0

Thanks for adding me..... To make sure I start this challenge off right, I will be getting up a few min. earlier tomorrow morning since time has changed and it will be light out and throwing in some running while walking my dogs. I also plan to get my food together for tomorrow lunch and snacks. I hope everyone has a plan in mind and has a great day tomorrow. : ) Can't wait to read about how those who want to take this seriously - do. If you are a momma with kids, to try something if you can't break away from the kids - get workout DVD's from pawn shop - Here - they are $2.00 each, or the goodwill and some hand weights. I also have a mini trampoline and LOVE it. I turn my bedroom fan and music, set a timer and I am good to go.... Best of luck to you all.0

For me, If I write it down or say it aloud, then it's almost as if I have to do. Yesterday I had a plan for today to get up early and do some walk/running with my dogs. I was supposed to get up at 5:00a.m Eastern time, but my little pup has not realized the time change, so I was up at 4:45am. I was able to have plenty of time for a 26 minute walk/run with the dogs, devotional time and a little cleaning. I went ahead and logged my foods up until dinner - or supper as they say here in the south. Have a super day to all of those who are in this New Challenge Group.... Angi.0

I'm in, please add me! I set a goal for myself, but am having trouble staying motivated...30 lbs to go before 7/24/14!! 3 little boys keep me busy and exhausted so when I go to bed at night, it's hard to leave in the morning!0

My first day went really well. I already planned out last night what I was going to eat today. Drinking lots of water helped keep my stomach full. A few times, I had the urge to snack - I really wasn't hungry. I resisted though because I had my planned out snacks. Busy day, I worked 8 hours, then I have an online class and had homework and then my three dogs. I have to get my exercise with them because I have no fenced in yard. I have enjoyed it - except when they have occasionally tripped me, or am startled by fox or armadillo running out of the bushes or my best yet - this past Friday I came within 12" of a copperhead snake - it was a baby. It would have been ok if he slithered off quickly, but he faced me with his head up and ready for a challenge. I ran across the street, got a log and killed him. Thankfully, the last 2 days it has been chilly out and It should be snake free. Getting my lunch and snacks ready again for tomorrow. I am declaring that tomorrow will be just as great as it was today.... Best of luck to you all....Angi0
