I have heard that Wellbutrin can actually help people lose weight. That is one of the side affects. I was on Zoloft last year and I had a hard time losing weight. It was only 50 mg. There is a scale you can buy at Bed Bath & Beyond. I forget the manufacturer but it's in connection with weight watchers. You can program it for your height & weight. It measures your bmi, water mass, body fat, etc. It's $24.99 and if you use a coition you can get it for less : )
