  • I have heard that Wellbutrin can actually help people lose weight. That is one of the side affects. I was on Zoloft last year and I had a hard time losing weight. It was only 50 mg. Quite frankly it didn't help much so I went off of it. I suffer from depression from time to time because of a few current life circumstances…

  • There is a scale you can buy at Bed Bath & Beyond. I forget the manufacturer but it's in connection with weight watchers. You can program it for your height & weight. It measures your bmi, water mass, body fat, etc. It's $24.99 and if you use a coition you can get it for less : )

  • Welcome newbie! There are some great people using this site! This site has helped me a lot in the past 2-3 months. I first joined a couple years ago but lost interest. now I am determined!
