July 1 went well. Stayed under my Calorie goal and exercise calories. I have my calories set at 1000. I am seeing a doctor every month to monitor my vitals. I do eat more on days that I get a lot of exercise.

I'm ready to start losing more weight. I am starting induction again tomorrow. The last month I was eating more carbs, but low carbs and low calories. I still seem to lose more on 20 carbs or less. I started in January and have lost 40 pounds. I want to lose 10 pounds this month.

I heard that if you continue to get infection in your belly button or is causing back compression, the doctor can get ok's from some insurance companies. I guess it is worth a try.

I allow myself to eat some snacky foods one day a week, Saturday. I have pizza or chips or candy or ice cream. What ever I've been craving. I also love Keto. I have been on a low carb diet since January, with success. I found it hard to always watch out for the carbs that are hidden in food. Start Keto this month. Now I pretty much know what I can eat. Makes life a lot easier. Plus I'm never really Hungry so food isn't that exciting.

I had a similar.problem. You need to have blood work done. Make sure they test for thyroid, D3 and B12. I have Pernious anemia, B12, low thyroid, need supplement and MS, which requires high vitamin D. Not that you would have any of these, but you really need to check it out.
