  • I am also starting the LCHF diet tomorrow. I would love some friends following the same diet. Please include me. I have been on since January, following a low carb low calorie diet. Have lost some weight but seem to have stalled.
  • I experienced the same thing last month. I almost went a month without a loss. It was suggested I try a day or two of more calories. I did, increased my calories by 500 for two days and then went back to 1200 calories. It did help and I started losing again. Something about resetting

  • I'm on a low carb. I am glutton intolerant and spike with sugars. I do log all my food. I think it makes you more accountable. My calorie goal is set at 1200, but that is only a check point. Add me if you want.

  • Check out Swedish low carb high fat. Several links. Sweden has low obese rate and most of their population eat this way. They don't watch calories.

  • It looks like I'm going to change my diet. I went to primary doctor today and he wasn't happy with such a low carb count. He says I can stay low but need to add more milk, cheese, yogurt. Basically, calcium. He wants me to have at least 1500 gm of calcium a day. Trying to redo goals to make that work.

  • Thursday truth - had some dark choc peanuts and it's not Sunday. I did stay under calories barely. Only because I pushed my Mom around rehab center again and then did some more nursery shopping. I bought two citrus trees. Truth - felling a little discouraged. My scale hasn't moved an ounce for week. Ugh!!
