It's crazy how easily the whole train can be derailed and how hard it is to get it set back on the the right track.   • Works for me. I do 23:1. I eat only once a day. I eat a big meal, usually 1k-1.5k calories. Drink water and coffee the rest of the day. Works for me because I dont snack my way to maintenance or more. I can eat what I want as well. Not for everyone.

  • Wednesday Weigh in: Last week: 236 Today: 236.8 Gained 0.8lbs I've had a lot of sodium unfortunately. I've decided to cut out a few high sodium foods that are causing me issues. I just cant have them in the house or I'll eat them. Exercise is great. I hit the bike 7 days a week and swim 3-5 days.
