Fantastic idea. I just got the Spyro trilogy in the humble monthly bundle. Usually I play games after work to wind down and the computer is right next to my son's room but I could move it so I won't risk waking him.

I'm insulin resistant so low carb is the only way to go without taking insulin. I'm 34 and been diabetic since I was 12. The cool whip and berries are the only "sweets" I allow myself but ya. I eat low carb to control my diabetes. I haven't had to take insulin in forever. So what I eat is fine. And I was looking for tips for controlling boredom eating not what I eat, specifically in times when I can't be active for numerous hours. Thanks for the attitude.

I'll be bowing out for october. My dad has been hospitalized 3 times in the past 2 weeks and I'm in my last month of college. All that with my mom having hospice care, and my job it's too much to keep myself on track right now and I just need to be honest. I'll request to join back once I can commit again.

Sept 21 mini challenge Calories: under. I got stuck at the hospital for 5 hours waiting for my dad to finally get discharged. Let myself get too hungry and ate cheese pizza from the cafeteria. So went over on carbs, but I was under on calories so not going to complain too hard. Exercise: yes, more walking.

Today I had my first eye exam in 5 years. Eating healthier has brought my A1C down over the summer so i wont be having any additional damage, but my life style up till then took its toll over 5 years. I have severe bleeding and scarring on my eyes and need eye surgery :frowning:
