MILs bday so we went out but I stayed away from the fries and had a veggie side, trying to keep to the healthier options. NSV if I do say so myself2 -
Starting this new job took a bigger toll on my anxiety disorder than I ever imagined. I didnt consider that all the new faces and unfamiliar surroundings would be an issue for me. I havnt been doing well but I did weigh myself this morning, I'm still maintaining at 229 so at least that's something, thanks to all the walking at work. I lost my streak which was at 93 days. I almost made it 100 days. Really kicking myself for that. I'm lucky to have such a physical job so I just have to push past this anxiety and not let food control me.4

Same here. I am actually going to head to the grocery store so I can buy some healthy snacks for football Sunday. Cut up some veggies and hummus.4 -

Exercise: Tuff time here rained all day will have 10,000 steps. Football just makes me eat. @erikNJ wish I could go with health snacks also. Will try it next time4 -

Last week was like a warmup to getting back on track. Worked out four days and came in under calories most of the week, but only two days did I get it all together.
