    Under I think, looks like my steps didn't move over to MFP. Is anyone else having this problem ?
    Exercise: Tuff time here rained all day will have 10,000 steps. Football just makes me eat. @erikNJ wish I could go with health snacks also. Will try it next time

    Exercise. Sweeping out flood water in my rental unit. Hit target of 20,000 steps. Most likely a rainout tomorrow but I will play vollyball.

    Under calorie requirements but had a whole bag of chips.
    Exercise, Softball rained out so I made it to volleyball. Didn’t play great, I used to work up a good sweat when I played.

    Emotional Overate on potato chips. Since the divorce2 years ago, haven't been able to attend nieces/nephews events, graduations, confirmations etc. Get into a pity pot.

    Went over calorie intake.

    We just got home from vacation to New Orleans. It was so much fun! We walked a lot but we also ate and drank a lot! Now our lives are turning upside down. My husband is in the process of transferring to West Texas for work so we're looking at a stressful few months. I'm hoping to keep my health and weight-loss a priority during the chaos!
