229.2 switched to a low carb diet two days ago to be more aggressive on my blood sugar. Ate pork rinds yesterday so it's probably water weight but boo.
Hey, it's only up slightly, and that could be any number of reasons. Make some good choices this week and the number will come down again!!2 -

My win was although yesterday I was tired all day and kind of had a mind fog I still managed a work out. It wasn't my usual amount but I did something.
I have noticed my rest days have altered and I don't know how I feel about that. Usually my rest days are just dog walks but no real cardio or strength, lately my rest days have still had some major workouts in them I was wondering if it was healthy to go as often as I do? The last rest day was two Saturdays ago and I still managed a 90 min walk0
