Today was hard, all around. I had a very large dinner out. I was very unmovitated and sluggish during the walk.
Speaking of “little wins” I guess I should be thinking that I only went over my calories by 380 (I’ve had larger cal deficits the past two days to help me with that) and I did go out for a walk.
You went out for dinner and were only over by 380....that's not bad at all! And like you said, you had good deficits the two days previous, so it will all balance out. You were probably sluggish during your walk because you ate a bigger dinner, or it had something to do with all this humidity, but you DID go for a walk!!! Little wins for sure!!1 -

I was hired at my previous job as a manager of two tax stores today. It’s a major stressor for me.
Game in my day league first thing tomorrow. We are in first place but our pitcher got hurt and we got crushed last game. We have to more games with the second place team so we could blow it if we get beat both games. A win or a rain out will give us the season championship.
That's why pitchers make the big bucks....they are the difference between winning and losing!! Because you know that managing the tax stores is stressful, hopefully you can have a plan in place to deal with that stress that doesn't involve food!! It would be a shame to undo all of your hard work!!

So far, one week of eating really low sugar, low-carb. Though we went camping last weekend and I indulged in the s'mores. Yum.
It'll be a better measure to see how the new diet is going this week, without the camping trip and the accompanying s'mores! No gain over the long weekend is great, though!!1 -

Well, you just keep hovering around the same weight....a little up some weeks, a little down some weeks. Hopefully now that we are into September, with all of its usual routines, you can start to see a constant downward trend.1 -

Went to PT yesterday she said my neck and shoulder injuries that I sustained during the assault at work are my C1&2 and my 1st rib . She gave me new exercises and told me that could use the recumbent bike . So I am gonna try that today along with the walking in Water . She told me the aqua tone was too much right now and to just walk and move the noodle side to side for 20 min
This is a big change for me as I am going crazy not exercising2
