    Here lately I have been unmotivated to exercise/watch calories. Although I workout today I have literally been forcing myself to get up and exercise before work. I can definitely can feel the season change. Hope I don’t do too much damage on the scale tomorrow.

    LNS got to me. Had myself some chocolate...I have cut back on the sweets a lot since I started so now I'm feeling crappy because I gave in. At one point I could have eaten my fill and not even thought twice but tonight I ate a small chocolate bar and 3 MnMs and I'm feeling gross.
