Here lately I have been unmotivated to exercise/watch calories. Although I workout today I have literally been forcing myself to get up and exercise before work. I can definitely can feel the season change. Hope I don’t do too much damage on the scale tomorrow.4 -

Exercise: Nada, which I really dislike. Ive been enjoying my walks, especially because I know the weather will change soon.
Although Ive been under calories these past few days, I still feel I haven't been on track entirely with eating. I would love to get back to how I was eating at the beginning of the first week of September (incredibly clean). Looking to transition back into that by early next week.5 -

Today marked 365 days in a row of logging onto my fitness pal! I can’t believe it’s been a year! I feel like the last couple of months have been a little bit of a weight loss “funk” but looking back to a year ago I feel like I’ve come this far, and need to keep going to get to my goal!7 -

LNS got to me. Had myself some chocolate...I have cut back on the sweets a lot since I started so now I'm feeling crappy because I gave in. At one point I could have eaten my fill and not even thought twice but tonight I ate a small chocolate bar and 3 MnMs and I'm feeling gross.
