Exercise: Tuff time here rained all day will have 10,000 steps. Football just makes me eat. @erikNJ wish I could go with health snacks also. Will try it next time4 -

We just got home from vacation to New Orleans. It was so much fun! We walked a lot but we also ate and drank a lot! Now our lives are turning upside down. My husband is in the process of transferring to West Texas for work so we're looking at a stressful few months. I'm hoping to keep my health and weight-loss a priority during the chaos!3 -
