I bought one pair of jeans in every size down to my goal size. That way I at least have something to wear. Then once I can't wear my old clothes at all, and they fall off, then I'll buy a couple more pieces in the size I'm at.

Your face is beautiful. There will always be people who try and nit pick you. Don't let them get to you! Don't fall victim to self esteem problems. It's a horrible thing to have to over come. When diabetics count carbs we remove the number of fiber from the number of carbs in the food. So if it says 2g carb. and it has 1g fiber. We count it as 1g carb.

Well the "no carb" groups I follow do less than 20 grams a day. I have trouble sticking with it though because when I do I eat lots of cheese to help fill up because it's so limiting I get little to no fiber. Not a good combo on the body.

everything in moderation is key. I still eat regular pizza and sometimes burgers. I just eat lighter the rest of the day on those days. I do it only once a week though.

I always go over but i dont have high blood pressure so I don't worry about it. I just make sure to drink a bunch of water to help flush it out. Seeing great results. Losing weight. so it works for me.

I tried exercising without changing my diet much. Total failure. I just ended up eating more without realizing it because I got hungrier. are you weighing your food? Might not be truely eating at a deficit. Also are you drinking enough water? Could have some addited water weight. Have you taken measurments? The scale sometimes doesnt change but the inches do. Some weeks I don't see a change on the scale but my waist line is smaller, or my thighs, etc.

I don't consider it cheat day, it's treat day! lol and what I do is i go under my calorie goals for a few days (not by much, maybe 100 cals?) then on treat day I have what I want and go over by that amount of calories. It evens out and it keeps me eating healthy all week because I know I can have whatever my heart desires…
