  • The only reason I would say to have breakfast (and its different for different people) is if it helps you feel more energetic through the day. ^_^ I know when I have a nice breakfast it helps me to feel satisfied and not snack at random times.

  • Ooh! That's what I had for breakfast today! An omelette with cheese and avocado, two slices of (whipped) buttered toast, and a glass of soy milk. The whole thing was still only 475 calories, so its definitely possible to enjoy these items!
