  • I think a multi vitamin is essential. I also take fish oil for a healthy heart, fiber gummies, and calcium.
  • I have that also. I allow myself a little something just to keep me from overdoing it. I also find that taking an iron supplement for those days is also helpful in keeping my strength up.
